Please change the birthday input on the covid waiver, scrolling backwards 50 years a month at a time gives finger cramps :-) Need an undo or clear button on the signatures function. Can't review/revise information for myself or family members. Developer has been responsive, will update.

AM I missing something here or everytime I enter my seasonal site I have to input all my data like my name etc for contact tracing. Shouldn't my info be stored and just enter new dates

Didn't work at all. Search did not work. Someone posted that it looks for sites closest to where you are. That wasn't my experience. Good idea though! App appears to need work.
