Would have rated 5 stars before the new update. Horrible to navigate and such a huge pain to scroll through the timeline to see the recordings (please go back to the old lists). If you don't get it "just right" it auto scrolls to the start of the day. You are unable to fast forward through the recorded footage meaning you have to watch the whole recording. Really bad update sorry guys 🙄

Unintuitive. Took a while to figure out how to group devices. Hint for those looking, it's not by room which would be the obvious way. Also, set up my wife as an admin but still trying to figure out out how to share devices. It's asking for her account number. Tried using phone number. No account number in her profile. Like I said, unintuitive.

I love the app. Able to turn things on and use timers is really helpful. The new update makes the size of the on/off switch quite small. Not a fan as I always seem to press the wrong part of the icon and end up going into that icons settings instead of turning the light on or off. May be an idea of allowing a section in the settings to choose the icon sizes with the on or off settings. Otherwise a good app that works

Before the latest update the app never missed a beat. Since the update I can only see movement detection highlights. The live feed either displays a full white screen with no icons at all or spins forever saying it's trying to find an encrypted channel. My camera is working fine its only since the update that live feed hardly ever works which is simply not good enough....fix it! I have tried all of that uninstalling & reinstalling, restarting my phone. Looks like I'm not the only 1 with issue.

As so many are saying, the new update has killed all functionality for our devices. It is to the point now where you either need to decide to refund us all for our unusable devices (Mine is the Orion video doorbell, $99 at Bunnings, "Establishing Encrypted Connection...", Lol, I don't think so), or simply roll back the app to the previous, perfectly functional, easy to navigate, easy to use version that we had no issues with. Change for the sake of change is a fallacy, fix this and fix it soon.

Since the last app update I am having so much trouble connecting to our camera running firmware v5.1.48. Just sits on 'establishing connection' and eventually times out. Sometimes clearing cache, signing out/in will get it to connect but not always. Newer cameras running firmware v5.2 connect immediately. Problem only happens on my Samsung Galaxy S20, no problems on husbands iPhone. Very annoying since the cameras are used as baby monitors.
