Writing after using it for more than 2 months. It seems things are more manual driven than automated. Transactions not reflect in time. Refunds never happen on time. Cutomercare is pathetic: phone and mail support are useless while chat support is bit responsive but they can't provide resolution. One good part, for which I gave 1 star, is delivery. So far delivery was good expect the goof ups due to their back end systems. Overall, it works but you are gone if need any support.

Horrible app. Horrible service. I have been following up for a refund for last 7 days and each time they say it will be processed in 12 hrs/24 hrs but not refunding. And everytime you chat with Support via this App, despite registration, they ask what is registered mobile no., what is the issue and you have explain the whole story from the start. They don't realize that the customer is struggling from LAST 7 days. Each time, for them, its a fresh start. Be aware and stay away from Milk365

This is worst app.... fraud app....Google banned this app.... I have been following up for refund past 46 days.... Already wrote 13 emails...So many phone call, so many live chat... u will get either no response, n if u get response is, your amount will be refunded within 12 hours, within 24 hours..., within 48 hours... within 72 hours.... They will always give false promises.... Money is gone forever....Google take a note of it

Don't belive this app, I had very bad experience, they will ask advance payment but if we cancel no one responds and no proper user interface, it's highly not possible to solve if any problem comes. I stopped with loss of 2k. Still trying to get my money back.

Pathetic Experience from useless App. Useless service which delivers milk whenever they want. They do not provide refund even when you cancel the subscription. Please don't fall prey for the 10 or 5 days free milk. They never deliver regularly. Thier free insulation basket is always out of stock. The app does not show how much your remaining deliveries are. It does have a feature to track the days when you did not get delivered any milk. In the month of October I got delivered for only 12 days

It is a worst service and full buggy app. They will never delivery milk contenussaly for more than 1 day. Daily every new guy will call you for address or asking location to share,post sharing the details there is no guarantee of delivery. For concerns, support mobile never no one picks on anytime of the day. And we are left with support chat is only option with them hardly you will resolution.sometimes they tell it is software issues it will get fixed in next update which never happens.
