Próba zamówienia taksówki z wyprzedzeniem skończyła się tym, że kierowca przyjechał zaraz po złożeniu zamówienia. Ponowna próba złożenia zamówienia na potrzebną godzinę była już konsekwetnie anulowana, a pytania na czacie w aplikacji kompletnie zignorowane. Ostatecznie podczas rozmowy telefonicznej, pani dyspozytorka ani nie dała mi wyjaśnić sytuacji zarzucając mi nieprawdę i starając się mnie "przegadać" ani nie przeszło jej przez głowę przeproszenie za problemy spowodowane niedopracowaną aplikacją. Ostatecznie nie polecam ani aplikacji ani prób rozwiązania problemów, które ona generuje.
