Requesting refund the app is not compatiable with my newest devices

I love this app for its knowledgeable content and excellent graphics and animation. Everything works perfect. I'd like more updates. That was back on 2017. Now în 2024 I have a cell phone (OnePlus 12) using Oxygen 14 and this app is not working. Although I purchase the app at that time, now I cannot install it on this phone. It is says the cell phone is not compatible with the app. Question. While the app is still available to purchase, why is not updated with the latest Android versions?
