first impression bikin kapok buat jual beli pulsa. beli pulsa 2x ke no sendiri gagal tapi saldo berkurang, gagal pertama beralasan dari pihak provider yang belum mengirim pulsa, ok gak masalah, saya ikhlasin tapi yang ke dua saldo udah kurang, saya sudah konfirmasi berkali kali, pulsa juga tetep gak masuk, pas complain jawabannya transaksi tidak tercatat bla bla, transaksi gak tercatat tapi saldo tetep kepotong? complain untuk bagaimana kelanjutannya jawabannya tidak bisa ditindaklanjuti karena transaksi tidak tercatat di server bla bla bla. untung bukan nominal besar tapi ya masa gak kecatet saldo tetep kurang?
