App got no problem, the problem is from the IP module (hardware)...

When the app works, then it is good. When it doesn't work...... It is a hassle as the alarm is going off and you have to rush back home to switch it off and re-arm it again, after checking that it was a false alert. There were few false alarms from the alarm sensitivity. Many a times..... You cannot connect to the server and it ranges from 1 hour to 24 hours. When you ring up to lodge a complain, the standard reply is that the server is down / there are no other customers who have complain. What will be also good for the customers is to be able to identify the app users who arm / disarm the alarm. At the moment, if the app log-ins are shared by a few people in the house, you won't be able to know who disarm / arm the alarm via the Events section in the app, as all uses the same ID log-in. Having at least 3 different log-in ID for identification will be good.

The app works largely as intended. However, the notifications that are issued by the app due to intrusions/alerts are not easily noticeable and may miss the attention of the user. It would be most useful if an option is made available to issue notifications in continuous ring tone (user selectable), much like ring tone sent out by alarm call-out through the phone.

Sometimes it hard to connect to the my alarm system.. not sure whether its app server service or my bluguard alarm module. But I guess its app/server related, because after sometime I can get the notifications and access to it... To outcome the issue I use GSM module and fixed line phone to activate/deactivate the alarm when i cannot access via the app. I hope the service can be improved as its quite important to be able to access alarm system when you are outside.

Good apps but PUSH NOTIFICATION not as good as Bluguard P2P. Developer need to update apps to be more attractive.

Spent RM700 for this App! One of the most expensive yet poor UX/UI designed application. Alarm goes off but signal comes after few hours. Highly not recommended!
