Yemin ediyorum bu kaçıncı ya. Sürekli bağlıyorum kopuyor. Bu ne saçma uygulama geçen servisi aradim 3 haftada yaptılar bağladık zorla 1 2 ay olmadan yine bozuldu bağlanmıyor. Yapamıyorsanız satmayın kardeşim ürünü. Bir sene oldu alali bir senedir doğru düzgün kullanamadim tam ihtiyaç halinda bozuluyor.

App bir yıldır güncellenmemiş. Bu normalde terkedilmiş demek oluyor ancak Prosmart klimalar wi-fi özelliği olmayan Arçelik klimalara göre yüksek fiyatlara satılmaya devam ediyor. Demek ki bu app'i geliştirmeye devam etmeniz gerekiyor. Uzaktan kumanda ile yapılan tüm işlemlerin app üzerinden de yapılabilmesi gerekir ama yapılamıyor (ionizer, sesiz dış ünite, enerji tasarrufi vb). Bazen app bazen kumanda kullanılınca işler iyice karışıyor. Baştan aşağıya yeniden yapılması gerekiyor.

Sürekli bağlantı kopuyor ve yeniden bağlanmada sıkıntı yaşatıyor. Bu uygulamayı hiç yapmasalardı keşke.

Arçelik Connect is a cloud-based control system, an innovative mobile application. It allows you to control more than one air conditioner on your Wi-Fi network. By this way you can open and close your air-conditioner from inside or outside in your house and control its functions. Arçelik Connect allows you to control more than one Arçelik air conditioner from a single device (Smart Phone, Tablet or PC ). This smart application will show you status updates for feeling comfortable and even alert you when you need help. That’s not all. Wireless connections are secure and will allow you to attach multiple air conditioners to the network and allow your air conditioner to give names like “My Office Air Conditioner”. Your Arçelik Connect devices offer easy and quick usage for climate control. You can have the new functions for the mobile application automatically updated when it is released. Arçelik Connect is designed to enhance your life comfort.
