Horrendous Android support. First off, what is the point of the micro usb connectivity, if you can't access the files on the camera? Second, why tf is the Windows distro of the Insta360 Studio software only available for 64-bit systems? Get your shìt together. Be overly clear about this in your product information/descriptions. This is a product designed specifically for Apple...and it is only marginally usable on Android.

Great camera, superb for fpv, apps need some updates. No crashes on Xiaomi Mi 8 lite 6gb/128gb. Strange differences between different versions: Android let's you add own music (GREAT) but has no option to add own media from phone camera. Android lacks a few editing options available to iOS, but not significant. What does bother me is that since last update flash cut does not work on Android. Overall great camera, fpv community is lucky too. Keep up the good work and please continue to improve!

Since the last upgrade the app crashes whenever I try to play, transfer or delete a video. The previous version worked OK. Can you guys fix this please? The app is unusable. If you have an old version do not upgrade yet. My advise

I just paid $200 for an insta360 go just to not be able to fully use this app because of android. How can a product so good and pricey and not be able to fully use this app. You should have a cloud feature to where if I come across an ios I could up and view from android, atleast. Running to a windows pc and waiting 20 mins per clip to add stabilization really sucks. For this camera I paid $200

Terrible crashes can't connect to ph.or blue tooth nothing but issues with support they want me to send it back to China for repairs and I just got this three days ago.my phone is a Samsung Note 8 everything I've used on this phone blue tooth has worked except this device which they say it will,work but it won't .so it's a waste of money and time. im very frustrated by the lack of apahty. im so disappointed 🙁 can't even tell you.plz fix for Android users.

Absolutely loved the first version... That worked... Keeps crashing... Plus side is that I don't use the camera anymore because it is full of videos that I can't get access to. Over all trash app. So disappointing. Don't buy. Don't install.
