Recently ordered multivitamins from this app. I compared price with different similar app and websites and then decided to order from 1mg due to more discount and paid online. But when I received order I was asked to pay 136rs more because price is increased. This is unethical behavior. I would have ordered from somewhere else with less delivery time.

It's great as long as things are smooth. The moment you have any issues with delayed lab reports or orders, the problems start. Their customer care is text/chat based, and all answers are standard polite responses. The medicines are shown available even when they are not in stock, and once you order them, they string you along using all delaying tactics. And if you've paid in advance, then there is no option but to wait or cancel, while the patient waits for medicine

A very beautiful application. Do buy a care plan and you will get heavy discount and some neu coins after every purchase which you can directly use it as a money in the next order or on the big basket application too. I loved this app really. Earlier I was using pharmeasy, but they are not providing good service these days, so switched to this to try and just loving it and not thinking of going back to pharmeasy again!

Such a worst app ! The expected delivery date is atleast 7 days after placing the order, whereas many other apps deliver within 2-3 days. I had ordered once and cancelled it due to this. But again I took a chance and ordered medicine on Dec 20th. Even after 7 days, the items didn't reach me. It's medicine ! Even meesho orders I placed after this delivered in 6 days. Worst experience and the customer support always provide fake promises about the delivery date.

I see a stark decline in overall service, app and the average discount per order. Placed an order for 3 eye drops. The prescription had all the three medicines (have made an order in the past as well). This time they were able to accept order only for 2 eye drops and the reason sighted was they were written on the rear side of the prescription without Dr' signature. My point was all the 3 medicines were written on the rear side and they have a problem with only one.

UI is incredibly bad. Update: I am surprised to see a response honestly so thought I would spend some time to explain why I made the above comment. The way in which the different addresses are handled seems very unintuivive to me. Why is a 'manage addresses' option not part of the profile page?. Isn't that a logical place to put it?. Also when I tried to select an already existing address during checkout, a dialog box appeared asking to pick a location in the map which was confusing.
