This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Oreo Silver Circle Icon Pack on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Update: I've mistaken the dev for someone who cares. A few icons look ok, but most need redesigned with less shadow. And way too few icons for a paid pack.

Any chance of Sugar Lines being updated anytime soon? I love that icon pack as well but the majority of the apps I used aren't themed.
