Just terrible 😔I've been using this app since May and it never works. Hasn't worked once in the last 2 months. I would not have bought this car knowing that I could not control it! Nissan, you need to do something about this ASAP! *update* had no idea that this was going to be a trial only and now they want me to pay for this service when it has literally never worked.I would have wanted remote start on my key fob instead 😒 so disappointed.This right here is why I will never buy a Nissan again

Still a terrible app. Battery status updates doesn't work reliably. This is the most basic of functions it does poorly. You have absolutely no confidence any status update is current. The ability to display a current status seems to be a mystery to this app.

This app is a reason not to buy a Leaf. Totally fraudulent claims that you can connect apps to the car. It just doesn't work. "An unexpected error occurred" constantly. Why doesn't Nissan fix this?

Overall, not a very good app. Very slow. Sometimes it executes the commands given, but more often it doesn't. Today, it signed me out for some reason, and I'm unable to sign back in. Trying to reset my password fails (but doesn't say why), she I can't create a new account (presumably because the account associated with my email and VIN is still there, the app just can't communicate properly).

It's been over a week since it could last find the battery status. It seems that they can't actually connect to the car, so I can't use the locator services, the remote climate control, or even read the battery levels. This is utterly useless. The app looks really good and the features it offers would be fantastic if they worked. At all. Ever.

This app sucks. It takes forever to load. I can be standing right beside my car and it still won't update to show charging %. I continually have to close the app and restart it again and even then that doesn't work. I've not been able to access climate control. I'm shocked that Nissan has not sorted this out, paid thousands of dollars for this vehicle brand new, I expect a functioning app. This is 2019, it's completely unacceptable to have an app that does not work optimally with my vehicle.
