This is the worst app that requires login for every 1min and crashes at the time of payment. This happened many times and the issues never get rectified.

After booking the ticket , it wont show the ticket history but the amount will be debited fromt the account .we need to login multiple times even though we didn't close the app. The worst experience.

Very proud we have our state bus booking application.every time I will book through APSRTC This is simple application,but the customer experience is very very worst . every time customer has to login .when clicked on back button it is going back to login screen Please update app otherwise from user side get bad experience Thanks

Even one start is the wast for current APSRTC services. I am sriniva yenikapati I am booked tickets from - chilakaluripet to - Hyderabad service number - 5830 with out any information canceld service don't trust APSRTC for next time. Thanks APSRTC pathetic services.
