These training exercises are perfect for players U6, U8, U10, U12 and up. Easy to understand. Easy for a coach to use to teach, simply play the exercise to the players. They will see, and understand how the excurse is performed from our soccer training tool.

These soccer exercises are excellent for soccer practice for all age groups.

The complete MOTI™ 3D Soccer Drills Package consists of twelve (12) 3D Drills intended to be used by Coaches. The Coach then shows or plays the 3D Drill for the Players so they can see and understand who the Drill is performed. Each 3D Drill is shown from a minimum of 2 different angles depending on how complex they are.

All 3D Drills are designed and narrated by Soccer Professional Player and Coach Alan Merrick, whom played professionally with England Club West Bromwich Albion and Peterborough and in the USA for the Minnesota Kicks, Los Angles Aztecs, San Jose Earthquakes, Toronto Blizzards and Team America. Alan Merrick has coached professionally Minnesota Strikers, presently coaches University of Minnesota Men's Club Team, as well as the Minnesota State Men & Women Select teams in multiple decades. Alan Merrick runs his own training group which can be found at www.Kicksbest.com.

Each 3D Drill is performed several times from differing viewpoints. References to various distances are in terms of yards (3 Feet) or meters. Younger players may choose a smaller distance.
