Was great until I found out it Deletes all of my entries. I had all the backups enabled and they're all still gone. When you look at the monthly view, you can see I've had multiple entries, but you cannot see them in the weekly view or go back to them and see what info I put. I really needed that to share with my provider. Please fix your bugs. Waste of money.

I was really liking this app as it is easy to use in the middle of a panic attack. I was hoping to have this information for my doctor. But my entries are disappearing so that is not helpful at all because I cannot remember now. -you might want to look into this instead of just saying it doesn't happen. Because it did. I see it in more than one review. I saved the entries. I looked back one day they were there. The next they were all gone. Your customer service is awful.

All info missing, I logged a weeks worth of information and today I got on to log a panic attack and all of my other logs are gone. None existant. I also kept getting the pay for premium. Now my logs are gone and it wants me to pay for an app that erases logs. I had saved my entries as well. I went to settings and all of my previous settings changed!!! Waste of time, energy.

Ty for writing back, it was my phone and my tablet not the app🤦🏻‍♀️ I'm sorry!I just realized this yesterday, my tablet is older then my phone! I wanted to update my post: I actually use this app to track my anxiety/panic/now depression/OCD attacks, the personal note that it provides for you I don't use anymore I use another app called The Zone which is a journaling app.Between the 2 apps they have helped me a lot.This is a really great & helpful app alone with both apps I'm very pleased.Ty!

The developer was very quick to respond when I had questions about the Premium version. I've only used it for one day but it seems to be what I'm looking for. I'll update in a few wks after I use it more.

The panic diary offers you a quick and uncomplicated option to track, sort and take a look back at your anxiety & panic attacks. It is a anxiety tracker, a mood tracker. The method of documentation is based on medical and psychotherapeutic documentation recommendations. Get to know yourself and your body better and learn to identify situations and circumstances that might trigger anxiety and panic.

The goal of the app is to better identify correlations between situations, conditions and circumstances and the occurrence of anxiety and/or panic attacks and make changes based on these findings that result in an improvement of anxiety and panic disorders.

You not only have the option of documenting multiple anxiety / panic attacks per day with a precise time and with varying strengths, you can also select the related physical symptoms, external circumstances, moods, working conditions, exercise activities, your duration of sleep and fluid intake by clicking a button, and you can add notes.

After saving your entries, you will see an overview of your day. You can retroactively make changes, take a closer look at individual entries, open 7-day overviews and switch to different calendar weeks and switch to the current day at the push of a button, request a weekly overview and a monthly overview with comprehensive and comprehensible diagrams and graphics and either leave them as they are on your smartphone or save them as a PDF or image and then print them.
