About this app

Quand la passion et l’amitié vous rassemblent…elles peuvent vous donner ce qu’il y’a de plus beau, une naissance ! La naissance d’un lieu, d’un restaurant.

A l’origine, Rachid a fait ses classes durant 3 ans en école hôtelière dans le Roussillon puis il commence un parcours professionnel qui alterne belles étoiles et lieux prestigieux qui l’emmènera de Paris à New York, de Londres à Alger, des montagnes de Val d’Isère aux greens du Golf National.

Sur ce chemin de la passion il rencontre Florian, pâtissier-chocolatier qui va l’accompagner durant plusieurs années. Ensemble, ils vont partager le goût du travail bien fait et de la transmission du savoir-faire.
Ils vont mettre leur talent à redresser plusieurs restaurants en difficulté en appliquant les principes qui font leur force, mettre au centre de leurs attentions : leurs clients et leur équipe !

La naissance de leur restaurant a suivi la naissance de leurs enfants (Adam fils de Rachid et Marie fille de Florian). Pour leur rendre honneur, ils baptiseront tout naturellement leur projet Marie Adam.
