I have been using the app for years with a few teething issues every now and then (outlets not getting my full address, problems with connectivity). But today, both my wife and I tried with 2 different accounts and phones and it kept having login error after we keyed in all the items. Had to resort to going to the website which defeats the purpose of having an app.
