About this app

Food safety is often overlooked in business aviation. It is far down in a list of priorities...until a foodborne outbreak in any or all of the crew members. Then it moves up in importance very quickly. Safety protocols aboard an aircraft are the absolute rule. However, if a pilot becomes incapacitated from improperly handled food, all the safety practiced as a course of flying will not help.

Though food safety training may seem unimportant in the scheme of things, an ill pilot will be front and center. A well designed course directed specifically toward pilots is a must.

The author, Jean Dible has constructed this course "Pilot Food Safety Training" to fill this need. She has spent many years teaching food safety and now offers this comprehensive course for pilots.
