Was working fine with my K-390EW... Then just stopped sending commands to the remote. The app will reflect what's done on the remote... But the remote will not accept or send signals from the app.

Just does not work I have tried everything to get my wireless remote from this manufacturer to connect. It showed up as a connection on my smartphone for about 3 seconds then it disappeared When I checked my router I found it under the wireless onboard chip name HF-LPT220 .After about 2 hours of trying to get the smartphone to connect I have given up. Because this is a Chinese app and remote the English translation needs work and the one time it did look like it might connect I was left with a Chinese log on which as they say is Chinese to me. Seriou piece of rubbish and your remote from Chungchop or its generic brands will not work

Very bad design. The app and the remote make a dns query every minute but still has lag. The AC is off but in the app is always on so you don't have a good control over the AC. Many times after 2-3 commands one gets through, maybe is the firmware of the remote Well K-380EW or the app uses servers from mainland China.
