Delivery usually works well, sometimes it's even cooled. But a lot of the fruit is rotten either on arrival or soon after (berries, mandarines, mangos, passion fruit and figs were moldy in my case). Customer service only cares if it's rotten within 24 hours. If you order, check every single fruit on arrival! Most times the delivery is not within the given time frame.

An annoying app that forces you to decide what delivery time you want for your groceries, create an account, give them your email, phone number, and fill your address even before being able to see what they have in their store. Hey app manager, if you are reading this comment, keep this for last!!! You just lost a customer!

I have ordered yesterday and selected my order delivery from 9-11.30am today but i still didn't receive my delivery. Very bad delivery service , no customer follow up . Would never buy again from you . Very disappointed. i have messaged called on whatsapp and Instagram and also your landline but no response poor service @toffahakw

Weird behaviour. You can't explore past 10 PM? I understand they don't receive orders past 10 PM or when orders are full, but the user should be allowed to explore and see what's available and check the prices and all. Unreasonable. Uninstalling.

Worst experience. Very upsetting. I was supposed to receive my order yesterday but neither have I received it yet, nor you guys are replying to the multiple messages and calls I have tried on your so called "inquiry number ". At least there should be a follow up. Very unprofessional.
