About this app

"By looking back to learn from your failures, you're still looking ahead"

Fail Good will help you discover the lessons in each of you failures. It uses a technique proposed by Harvard professor on happiness, Arthur Brooks. This is how it works:

1. Every time you experience something that you consider to be a failure or disappointment, no matter how big or how small, write it down in your failure journal

2. Let Fail Good remind you of your failure in a month. Then write down what you’ve learned from the experience.

3. Let Fail Good remind you of your failure in six months. Then write down something good that has come from your negative experience.

Failures are inevitable, and they are a necessary part of success. But they are only valuable if you learn from them. With a journal you can revisit your failures later on, see them in perspective and discover lessons in each of them. You will even find that, in hindsight, you can often times be grateful for your failures.

What if nothing goes wrong in my life?
No problem, you can also use Fail Good as a "normal" gratitude journal. And if nothing goes wrong, you know you have at least one thing to be grateful for ;)
