Great idea but it is not the easiest app to navigate around. I have problems with the login page which appears to be a little temperamental. I need to use in a writer on my phone so being asked to do a visual challenge is really not going to work for me. Also, the audio challenge has never worked for me either, as you tend to get given two and a half words with somebody using an American accent!

I have previously used rail discoveries app which was brilliant, same Co as GRJ. This app is very disappointing, can't download maps, haven't even got maps icon. No weather info or icon for weather. It does show my booking. This needs to be brought upto the standard of rail discoveries app

I cannot get the app to work. Unable to input booking reference details.Will not recognize/. Very frustrating - used to work prior to update. Still works on my old smartphone (app not updated).

USELESS It took sometime to load app then only on phone or note!. IT WILL NOT DOWNLOAD ONTO MY COMPUTER, therefore I am not able to print anything included in the Final Travel Documents.

Downloaded today. Needed to phone Great Rail for login details. Seems to work ok on smart phone and ageing Hudl2. So far so good.
