Find yourself: Cab Hound tracks your location while you are on duty, but not when you are off duty. Our location search tool has many ways to identify your location through a hybrid technology-using network and the device’s GPS capability to locate you at all times.

Find your passenger: Cab Hound provides turn by turn GPS navigation to the pickup and destination locations. Cab Hound tracks the passenger in real time and shows you exactly where on a map the passengers is at every moment. Looking for a passenger at a busy mall? We will find them up quickly and efficiently.

Direct communications: Contact the passenger directly at any time. As soon as you accept a request, you will be able to contact the passenger directly by phone.

Feel secure in your reservations: Passenger can make requests for trips now or in the future. Our system monitors your upcoming reservations, sends reminders to you and the passenger and, in case of a cancellation, makes alternative arrangements for the passenger, so that you can relax and know that another driver will cover the request.

Free yourself from your vehicle: You receive the request through your phone; you will never again feel trapped in your vehicle.

Get paid faster: When you get to the destination, no fumbling for cash or cards, passengers can pay with cab hound. All you have to do is register a credit card securely with us in advance. It’s easy!

FEATURES

On/Off Duty: Toggle between On and Off Duty. When you are On Duty, you are visible to the passenger and they can send you a request. Switch to Off Duty and you location is unknown and you are unavailable.

Trip requests: Receive requests from passengers that need a driver right now or in the future. Review their ratings and accept or reject their request.

Profile: Review and edit your profile information.

Reservations: Receive requests for future trips. Our system records and monitors all of your reservations, alerts you and the passenger when the reservation is approaching, sends the request to another drivers if you have to cancel.

Report Found item: If you find something in your vehicle. We will help you contact the owner and get them back their property.

Available for every device: Cab Hound driver app works with a wide variety of tablets and smartphones.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Account approval: We verify your professional driving (taxicab/livery/car service) license to complete registration process and enable our service for usage. Only licensed professional drivers will be approved.

Encrypted communications: All interaction with backend API is encrypted over SSL channel. For the payments we use Authorize.net services which are PCI compliant. We do not store any user credit card information on our servers or application.
