About this app

This app is launched for the City of Greater Bendigo as a part of council's Christmas event across Bendigo. This app provides a digital map to highlight all the places augmented reality Christmas surprise experiences are currently around the city, their location , how to get there.

Once at a location you can pick up the virtual experiences using Augmented reality and collect at least 10 experiences to enter a draw to win a Bendigo hamper. The draw is organised by the City of Greater Bendigo. Please read terms and conditions below:
1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is open to all Victorian residents.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
4. Promotion commences 00.01 am on o3rd December 2021 AEST and closes 11.59 pm AEST on 05th January October, 2022 (“Promotional Period”).
5. To enter the prize draw, eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period, locate at least 10 of the Augmented Reality experiences through the App and provide their name and email address via the App.
6. Winning entrants will be selected at random by an electronic process. The winners will be notified in writing by email within two (2) business days of the draw.
7. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. If for any reason any winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
9. The prize cannot be taken as cash.
10. The Promoter will collect personal information for the purposes of conducting the Virtual Tulip Hunt prize draw. The names of the winners will be published in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The Promotor handles all personal information in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic).
