O aplicativo tem bom potencial, mas eu enquanto usuário que está procurando imóveis para mudança quero saber quantos quartos ou o tamanho antes de ver cada um dos anúncios e não ficar dando dislike em vários anúncios antes de aparecer um que me agrade, assim como imagino que o vendedor não quer ser interrompido à toa por alguém que faz uma pergunta simples como quantas vagas tem na garagem. Cadastros opcionais são importantes e funcionalidades de filtros também. Obviamente, a falta destas funcionalidades prejudicam menos os donos de casas, que tem maior margem pois um comprador pode fazer reformas maiores.
