The map is accurate and responsive. You can easily drop a pin on the map without knowing the address. There could be a little more clarity what each vehicle class means (ex. "Eco"), but it becomes clear after using the app for a while. Overall, the app and the service has been reliable for me for over 2 years. More than enough to earn 5 star rating.

Can't get a car in over 30min...got 7 cancellations by 3 different drivers because they didn't want to drive 10min to my locations. And in the past week it was impossible to get a car in less that 15min...just 3 weeks ago it was possible to get a ride in a minute...now you can't get one if you beg...plus the app it self got messed up. Rarely ever you can find a car in mini category...I don't know what is going on but since end of May the app and the service went from bad to worst really fast.

Cargo app doesn't work in Novi Sad and gives no reason why in a language a traveler to Novi Sad can understand. It won't respond trying to select your location on the map. As a disabled traveler I'm very disappointed that Novi sad has nothing easy for me to use getting around.

Mostly bad experience. Among several need only once request was accepted. So much unreliable when needed. Waste of time for waiting for the request to get accepted. That one ride when happened, the driver broke the traffic rule. He was nice but wow he got driving on the pedestrian track, and was not very familiar with the road in general to destination.

App works like it was made by a 5yo, it is that bad, it doesn't save your location after you didn't find a car, makes you type once again, and i waited 50 minutes even tho couple of carswere near by

I don't know what's wrong with this app in the last 2 weeks but I just can't get a ride! It takes 30-60 min to get accepted! Absolutely terrible and infuriating.
