About this app

Digital Security has partnered with Edunext Technologies (www.edunexttechnlogies.com) to introduce is first-of-its-kind mobile application meant for maintaining and managing database of visitors and guests visiting different societies/gated communities. The mobile application has several additional features that makes it highly beneficial and relevant to the administrators (primarily Resident Welfare Association officials), security personnel manning the gate and the householders respectively. The administrator will have exclusive right to register the users in order to keep a tab on the ones joining in.
The features are different for different users. In case of administrator, the features comprise of an option to Add Users, Important Notices, Resident Welfare Association List, General Contact List pertaining to the hospitals, schools, Police Station and others and may view all the visitors and users.
In case of householders, maintaining profile, viewing RWA List, General Contact List, Notices, his/her Visitors will be possible. Moreover, the options of giving appointment, lodging a complaint and sharing a feedback are also included. For security personnel, the domain will widen slightly. Besides the features available for house owners, some additional features are introduced. Whereas household owners may only view their visitors, security personnel may view all the visitors and will also have right to add visitors.
All the three kinds of users will have the facility of changing password for security reasons and may logout from the application when not in use with ease.
