As well as making great wines from the indigenous, grape varieties, the winery makes superb wines from the imported grape varieties such as Shiraz, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot with wonderful mellowed tastes gained as the grapes mature in the Cyprus sunshine.
