Needs a lot of work. Some things I would change: Provided you have created a login: A) Have the app document your cab rides B) Once the cab has been selected to pick you up, allow for conversation with the cab driver C) Be able to see the cab driving to your location D) If you called the cab by dialing the number have a way to log that cab ride into your account. E) Have a section to rate the cab drivers

I booked a cab at 10 am for 10:30 PM to go to work . I received the confirmation email but the cab did not show up and they did not call me and they did not answer my calls. So I call Jiffy's they are the best .
