Originally from Illinois, the Colorado State University alumni moved to Fort Collins in 1998 to attend school and never looked back. She worked as a news anchor in Wisconsin after graduating, before promptly returning to Denver where she held a position in medical device sales, traveling along the Front Range.

Today she lives in Berkley, a Denver neighborhood prized for its sense of community, walkability, and lovely mix of old and new architecture. Megan’s is a 1905 renovated bungalow with exposed brick just steps from local shops and restaurants. “From the ultra-modern to the traditional Victorian, Denver has it all,” says Megan, who loves playing matchmaker with people and homes.

When she’s not out selling or finding clients their dream neighborhood, you’ll catch her at Red Rocks for live music, at home in the garden, or out walking and hiking with her three rescue dogs. Megan volunteers her time at the Tennyson Center for Children and Denver Animal Shelter. “These organizations do so much for our community and it’s an honor to be a part of them,” she says.
