Janaza alert dosent open to check whose funeral and details about the janaza .older version was good no issues

Someone forwarded this feedback to some Whatsapp groups which sounds valid ... so please address this so more people can sign up: Muslim Burial Council of Leicester (MBCOL) has recently launched an app but after installing, it wants you to grant access to your location which is understandable but then asks for access to your CONTACTS and GALLERIES. WHY??? For those unaware, once you accept the terms and conditions, they get to SEE and BACKUP your CONTACTS and FOTOS WITHOUT YOU KNOWLEDGE. Again, WHY???

Would love if they can sort out the permission issues. App does not start if you click 'Deny Access' to contacts and 'Deny access' to photos. No need (or explanation) why this app needs access to all contacts and private pics.

About this app

The MBCOL Funeral Service App is aimed at providing vital information and alerts on funerals within the Muslim community primarily in Leicester & Leicestershire. We hope to extend this service nationally in the near future. MBCOL is a not for profit and non-sectarian charity and company limited by guarantee.

The app provides essential information on related matters such as funeral practices and procedures including directions to local cemeteries and local organisations such as mosques.

We have provided tutorials on funeral preparation, how to perform funeral prayers and receiving guests from other faiths who wish to pay their respects. We hope to add other additional guides in the near future including the role of the NHS, HM Coroners and emergency services.

The app will also provide more detailed information through our website on a variety of subjects ranging from Ministry of Justice consultations, current legislation and research.

This app will highlight good practice examples which would be useful to statutory authorities and other community and voluntary organisations.
