I was Confronted by the frustration of being unable to communicate, a lack of knowledge where to stay, local customs and taboos.

The Horror stories I have heard first hand from fellow (other) Travellers of the Rip Offs and Scams that are famous for the Foreigner visiting areas throughout South East Asia almost put me of traveling throughout this fantastic region.

The more people I met exponentially expanded my network of contacts throughout South East Asia.

Realising the ease in which I traveled compared to new arrivals, this knowledge became the inspiration(invaluable) of our concierge service. Beyond this Knowledge, we also assist our customers providing them with the solutions I was forced to find for the multiple problems I encountered.

From legal issues, financial and banking disasters, medical problems, we have solutions to all situations. Not only do we provide a 24 hour emergency call line direct to management through our Android and Apple Apps, but also a list of the essential phone numbers such as embassies, tourist police and medical services.

Beyond the information we have gained and provide, the advice our team of local personnel provides you with a local insight, and the knowledge that only comes from a lifetime of local experience.
