At Flaming Ice we know the true importance of quality at every stage. Every dish has been fine tuned to create what we believe is the ultimate flavour profile. We just call it having extremely high standards.

After many long months of testing various recipes (and eating a ton of food) we hit on what we feel is the perfect flavour. Our Sauce and marinade are fully loaded with natural ingredients.

Our marinade contains many handpicked herbs and spices. Every spice has been handpicked for it’s highest quality and how it affects the flavour profile of the dish. We opted for quality at every stage! We hope you enjoy eating it as much as we enjoy making it.

With every new dish we create and every addition to our menu, we hope that our passion and pride comes through in every bite. Creating and enhancing flavours is a labour of love and we welcome all of your comments and suggestions.

Flaming Ice was borne from an idea to bring real-authentic flame grill food. All our dishes can be ordered with our special sauces. Just choose your preferred food from the menu and select which sauce you like. Peri Peri is our main speciality.
