Good attempt at a general purpose app for local residents. It has a TON of optional features that people can use but are not mentioned in the Google Play description. I spent some time looking at the permissions (disabled by default on Android 8.0) and most serve a useful purpose. For example, the 'car finder' needs location access, sending an audio message requires microphone access, and submitting pictures needs file storage access. Keep up the good work and don't stop refining the UI.
