Who are the Blokes?
Steffan Block is the affable, energetic Brit. Jon Fritzen is the self-taught food enthusiast.

Steff and Jon found they had a parallel dream. Their dream was to combine culinary skills, hospitality, locally sourced food and to serve it all from an authentic 1958 British double-decker bus, aptly named Victoria. The concept Two Blokes and A Bus was born.

We are a Bustaurant! A real double-decker bus with upstairs seating. Serving freshly crafted authentic street food!

Street food has been a vibrant aspect of culture throughout history. In countries around the world, people from all walks of life are fueled by tasty, inexpensive bites from market stalls, carts and roadside stands.

Our Kickstarter campaign, an effort to raise capitol, was a remarkable success. The enthusiasm, fiscal support and community encouragement was humbling, and the funds bought us our kitchen!

Our good fortune finds our business vibrant and flourishing!!
