Paid for a 12 month platinum subscription on 6th August 2020. Platinum subscription is showing as expired on 7th August 2020 and all photos gone from my account. Customer service ignoring me.

While the idea behind this app and the functionality is great, the speed and performance just doesn't match the cost to upgrade to the full versions. A small selection of photos was taking minutes to download, even over a decent broadband connection. Personally, you'd be better off setting up a shared Google drive folder or similar.

This app crashes constantly. Its very glitchy a lot of photos show sideways or cropped. One photo was uploaded 200 times, no idea how. And theres no option to download a whole album rather than 1 picture at a time.
