Although i like the food here but this app is of no use. I had a cashback from some order in my wallet and i had prepared my cart using this wallet coupon to see the final bill but, i somehow didnt order. The next time i checked into the app ,they had deducted my wallet money that i never used in actual showing wallet as zero balance. There isnt any customer support available in this app and no one to contact when such fraud happens .

It'been two days after delivery still my points are not added in my wallet and yesterday it was showing order is accepted but i already recieved it and now that options is gone and points are also not added as well there is no option that how can i use my old wallet amount its useless really just wasted my money😡😡

The quality of cheese they use is too low. It tastes just like the road side vendor. Just by serving it in big boxes and giving fancy names they cannot cheat on the quality of the cheese which really matters in a good Pizza. The garlic bread and their tosho(wraps) are also no better. The same horrible quality of cheese.

Worst app...no real time tracking provided for order....no delivery guy details provided....order by this app....and wait like fools to get it deliver....please atleast hire good tech staff....it is just ruining your business.....nowadays a kid makes better app with more features than you techies.....more bugs than pizza
