Had this for 6 years. No problem did an update and now my truck wont pair to the device. No one at tech will answer the phone and no emails are ever answered. Been without my eld for a whole month. This is a very unprofessional way to treat loyal clients. Would never recommend them! Very angry and dissatisfied.

Don't use this ELD company, I had been trying to reach them and they don't have any customers services, they take your money and desapear,(One week with out ELD,they don't answer the phone or emails

I had this ELD device about a year the first 6 months it was good. Then they told me I had to buy a new cable .When I went to file my IFTA report it wasn't there I called them for about 2 weeks finally got someone said they were working on it and they forwarded to the ELD department I'm still waiting for my 3rd and fourth Quarter report not happy

Don't try there ELD, very very bad they never answer the phone no one reply back, while you are off duty or sleeper it go driving by it self. No ifta Quarter report. They care nothing.
