Great booking system and the best mobile app I've seen. I've been with Tokeet for three years.... And yes, it's been an uphill battle but one that they keep eventually reaching. They do try to address all issues. I have tried and planned to use a different booking system and channel manger and each time I do there is something that Tokeet has that the others don't and without it my day would be harder.

Good app but the support team are becoming disastrous. There is one operative that speaks like a 5 year old and gives false advise. Every time we've had him his caused us problems and broken our connectivity. The other support staff tell us that we should "bare with him". For the amount of money we pay we shouldn't have to bare with anything. Other times support requests are simply ignored for hours or days. It's a mess and the devs need to fix it as people are leaving because of it.

Loading is very slow when there are many properties. And it's extremely annoying that the app restarts every time I switch screen to another app and goes back, which makes it even slower.

Keeps saying my account is locked when accessing via the app even though I can log in fine via the website. been going on for a few weeks and support aren't being very supportive...

I don't often feel compelled to leave app reviews, but I just have to say that theirs is way better than I expected it. Usually, product apps are pretty weak afterthoughts, but Tokeet's is definitely something they took time with. Great work.

Great user interface, and the app actually moves really fast. i'm honestly impressed with this one, especially seeing the state of some of the other channel manager apps out there...
