This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Teal App | Personal Allergy Asst. on PC Windows and Mac.

The Teal App was built to help food allergy families effectively manage - whether it's during an emergency or on a day-to-day basis.

The Teal App helps you locate a hospital and notify emergency contacts during an allergic reaction and includes auto-injector instructions.

You'll also have access to the Personal Allergy Assistant, where you can keep track of a digital food diary to record allergic reactions or other symptoms, participate in ladder challenges (if your physician prescribes), and get personalised suggestions for food and recipes based on your family's allergens.

PLUS - you'll be able to access amazing content from the food allergy community. You can order allergy-friendly food, read blogs, listen to podcasts, & get real-time FSA & FDA food allergy recall alerts.

Teal was designed by a partnership between an allergy mum & lifelong food allergy sufferer to be your digital hub for all things food allergy.
