fake website.... they offer good value for airlines at the beginning. When I wanted to pay, they charged me with extra money as convenience fees. I notice this when my bank send me an SMS regarding the difference in payment. if the bank did not send me SMS, then I would be roped by this fake website. Not recommended to use it at all.... it is claimed that the convenience fee is not a hidden fee, then why you do not show this fee at the beginning? this app clearly charge with a hidden fees.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this app. Despite their claim of allowing cancellations before the same-day date change, I received no confirmation email after canceling a hotel booking. Customer service initially assured me of a refund, but after two days, they contradicted themselves, stating a non-refund policy in the email. Misleading information and poor service make this app a total scam. I strongly recommend choosing another platform instead of Rehlat.

No free cancelation within 24 hours, even with 7 days in advance. There's no option for you to cancel the reservation online or in the app. If you email/call them to cancel, they will charge you $20 service fee per passenger and per booking. In addition, the booking process is full of traps to charge you extra.

BEWARE the bait-and-switch scam. Price advertised for flight was good, i booked and paid by credit card. Afterwards they call and tell actually price is higher by aed 300 so we'll proceed if you pay extra. UNBELIEVABLE! Of course i refused and they promised they would refund. This was back in May. No refunds still till November despite 10 reminders! No excuse given for non refund of almost aed 2500. Imagine if someone needed that money to book alternative ticket, poor soul would have been stuck.

It's a scam website. I booked my ticket later it says there is a fare hike. I asked them to cancel and refund the amount. Its been more than 4 months I have been calling them. Fake promises are made by their representatives for the refund. An action should be taken against these scammers. No use of sending emails to you fake scammers. Just a response will come that your request has been expedited. Which is useless message I am getting since last 4 month's

SCAM..I fell victim to a this scam when purchasing tickets for my family through Rehlat. After initially charging my card, I received an email claiming a fare hike and demanding additional money. I refused to pay more and was informed that the booking was cancelled, with the promise of a refund. It's been over two months with no response, despite numerous attempts via phone calls, messages, and emails.
