Terrible - worst piece of hardware/software I've ever used. I have an Android phone and my wife has an iPhone and my version has critical features that hers doesn't. App frequently locks up, and i have to reboot my phone to be able to get back in

Terrible app, all versions! No customer service. Seems to be a waste of time and money. 3/24/25, called help desk and got nowhere. Now I have to find a Pentair service provider since the App won't work properly 😑. What a let down!

worked fine for 3 years but now it gives me the wrong pool temp and can't change pump speeds.

the application for android phones is horrible. after 6 years of timing this system.....I am unable to turn on my chlorinator. my wife has an iPhone, and I have to continuously ask her to turn it on. I know you can go outside to the box, but that's not why I purchased this system. I think once the system becomes inoperative, I will probably switch to another company.
