download pending. PAX River pharmacy becomes yet more difficult to deal with. No phone support anymore. It's working, you're driving all the retirees out into town to get their prescriptions filled elsewhere. Success

I applaud automating things and NHCPR appears to be one application that's overdue. However, NHCPR appears to be geared to "rich people" who have iPhones and other "i" devices (iPAD, etc). I'm live on retired money, have a simple phone that doesn't do everything including cooking my breakfast. My only "gadgets" are a LINUX laptop and a KINDLE-Fire Tablet. Have you got a version of NHCPR that works with those? I would be using NHCPR to activate prescriptions and order meds from the Pax Pharmacy since telephone validations and ordering appear to not be support any longer (they never answer the phone anyways) JD Delancy, E8-Ret

So let me get this straight.......you want me to enter all this PII, not so it can be submitted thru a secure, encrypted method, but so I can generate an unsecure email to send to you? Poor concept and exposes users personal information to possible compromise. There's got to be a better way Pax pharmacy. Please make an effort to improve the tool we are required to utilize in obtaining Rx. Why am I required to "activate" a Rx my Dr. just sent you anyway?

Don't waste your time. It's quicker and more efficient to just go to the pharmacy and deal with people.
