App is not good. Needs a lot of improvement. I joined Aug and referred a friend, was told I would receive £5 credit, couldn't see it anywhere. I asked in store in Aug, was told yes, the credit is on the acc. Last week asked to use the £5 was told I have no credit on the acc. Contacted them and I have been told my friend tanned before me, therefore I am not entitled to the £5. The thing is , we live together, we joined the same day, we tanned for the 1st time on the same day. Waste of my time...

The application is just awful, buggy, doesn't need all the access it claims and worst of all is attached to the gyro of the phone making it ridiculously unusable. Don't download. Or use their website which is almost as bad as this "app" debacle...
