O Encontro Anual da Sociedade Brasileira de Fisiologia, um dos maiores e mais tradicionais encontros de fisiologistas da América Latina, ocorre anualmente no segundo semestre. Agora na 54ª edição, o encontro de 2019 será realizado no Centro de Convenções de Ribeirão Preto, na cidade de Ribeirão Preto (SP), de 25 a 28 de agosto. Um vasto programa de conferências plenárias, simpósios, mesas redondas, minicursos e sessões de pôsteres abrangendo ampla gama de tópicos em Fisiologia servirá de ambiente apropriado para discussões produtivas sobre desenvolvimentos recentes em Fisiologia e suas interfaces com Bioquímica, Biofísica, Farmacologia e Medicina, entre outras disciplinas.
