1) Booked in for a hair cut and hot towel shave for 10:30 never got seen till 10:50 2) When Casper was cutting my hair he never asked if I wanted my locks trimmed he decided to cut them off at the top of my ear ๐กโ๐ฆ 3) When I was getting my shave he cut me deep under my chin, when I left the shop I was still bleeding. 4) Once he finished my shave Casper had to go over My face with electric shaver to get the hairs he missed. Worst experience ever I'll never be back. My advice go to your local barbers & if you want a hair cut and hot towel shave go to Oxford barber in lisburn better barber better service.
