Worst app...No proper location show, ETA shows 63 hours even cab is arriving in 5 minutes. What is the benifit of this app if we can't track our cab location or anything... Worst app. If you want to improve this app then first improve accurate location.

Need to work on locations because many times diver did not get the correct location. many companies are using app for their cab routing but whatever routing is done it is not in sequence so need to work on that app should be give preference for a long distance pickup first and short distance pick up last.

It's not bad! The bug is very common now a days. I have the updated version of the app but still facing issues with GPS. The fun part is it's just popping out "Sorry you missed your cab" while I am sitting in the cab. 🤣 This gives me small panic attack, as I need to rush to scan QR code minding that it will tag me under "No Show" sitting in the bus. Surely not for light hearted ones! 😅 But other additional functionalities are spot-on! Kudos👍

Worst app I have ever used. I did reschedule CAB 2 days ago from my pick-up and for the proof they have sent me the message as well for rescheduling confirmation but at the time of pickup, it auto reset to old pickup time and when I did call to Transport Hotline number, they told me they can't do anything. Worst CAB service that EXL has. Don't trust the Reschedule option in this app.

1. Trip information such as cab number, source and destination about the time of pickup and drop.
