This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing myEZasset on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Finally an easier way to keep appliance information at hand than a stack of manuals and sticky notes shoved into the back of a cabinet. This app saves so much time and hassle of being a home owner and/or landlord. All of my insurance and appliance information is at my fingertips. Do you know how to easily find your fridge's model number after using it for 5 years and losing the manual? I do! I can even keep track of scheduled maintenance. This app can only get better over time- really an asset.

App Sign-In:

It is recommended that you create an email (Google gmail) account for your property, using the property address (e.g., 123mainstreet@gmail.com). This email is unique to the property and can be transferred to another user.

To transfer the account, you’d give the Gmail login & password to the next property owner. The new owner can update the account at the Google Gmail website, then sign-in on a myEZasset app to access the existing property & assets.
