Worst services, worst apps. We are in 2021 yet KTMB still left far behind. Train always delay, no improvement at all. Hope the government do something as soon as possible for the sake of public transport users. Please learn from Rapid KL at least..they are reliable.

Time is not reliable. There's always delay nowadays due to track projects/upgrading i guess. But sometimes the trains are on time, fair enough.

Thanks for the great job. I think the features can still be improved. For example, when I search for the train from TBS to Mid Valley, it does show the departure & arrival time. But, as a tourist, I would like to know the names/numbers of stations in between these two stations. Besides, the "Real Data" does not really tell us where the train is at that moment. Thanks 😊

Not friendly user. Can't simply survey schedule. Need to select hour, then wait, then not available, select another hour, then wait it's loading, then not available, then select another hour.. bla bla bla.. list goes on. Cannot check for future schedule. Why cannot create an apps like Airasia? All you need to do is to insert origin-destination and date, then all information scheduled on that day will appear, easy to choose. Why must select hour after hour, then wait for its loading? Wasting time

What is the purpose of showing live data if you cannot show incoming or outgoing trains at a station in 1 hour time? Year 2019 and yet GPS data is not available. How hard is it to show the location of the trains in a map when you only have a few rail lines in malaysia? Embrace technology, use GPS for tracking. Nowadays even a cheap phone has a GPS tracking. Seriously disappointed.
