The most irresponsible app service ever. The products are not updated regarding their availability. I ordered some items which was not delivered for 10 days. Had to call frequently and ask about the delivery but the staffs give different reason everytime. Why don't you remove the item if not available? After the order is confirmed and ready to deliver as per the order tracking they later say their product is not available at the moment. How can they be so careless? Worst service👎👎

Very poor sad service.. mainly their customer service sucks.. they don't reply promptly. I have been messaging them in Instagram but no response at all. It's been around 4 days that I have not received my package nor the customer service care if I have got my package or not. I request everyone whoever is on Planning to buy products from them then it's just waste of time.. if I have the option to give - (minus) star then I would have give this to this useless online company..

This app is seriously becoming the worst app ever i used. First of all why do you show products in stock if you dont have them in stock. I order my stuff then they always say those product are out of stock and again after some time, they say they have in. This is most fault that should be fixed. I had order 1 and half mnth ago and finally they said it will arrive in 1wks bt it been 2 weeks and still i haven't receive. I called them they said they will look and call but they hadnt call yet.

The delivery service is so bad... When i ordered my product they said it would be delivered within today and they didn't even deliver the product and cant even contact them
